During the approval stage, it’s important to consider every detail and select the optimal components for your order: the material that will form the ideal base for your product, the printing method and number of colors used, the right type of adhesive, and finally the finishing coating. The high qualification of Sticky Line’s specialists managing your order ensures the fastest and most efficient handling of the entire process of manufacturing a self-adhesive label.

If you come to Sticky Line with your own design project, our designers will only need to adapt the finished design to the production process. If you need a layout created from scratch, we are at your service. All design development and layout adaptation work is carried out by a team of professional designers and takes from 1 to 5 days, depending on the complexity of the task.

The finished design layout for your future product, along with the technical documentation carefully prepared by Sticky Line specialists, is handed over to production. We value our clients’ time, which is why our warehouse always keeps a reserve of the materials needed to begin printing as quickly as possible.

Sticky Line uses the most modern, high-tech equipment. Flexographic printing is carried out on 5-, 6-, and 8-section printing presses. Equipment from the Swiss company GALLUS ensures fast, high-quality printing. A complex of finishing equipment from the Italian company BERRA, equipped with embossing, foil stamping, and screen printing sections, delivers the highest quality finish. In addition, the facility is equipped with five modern rewinders and a sheet-cutting machine. We continuously modernize our production equipment fleet, which allows us to maintain a high level of speed and quality even for the most complex orders.

The quality control system at Sticky Line is a multi-stage, well-organized process. Quality control covers every stage of production, from incoming inspection of raw materials, inks, and print plates to the storage of the finished order. Modern equipment and professional staff allow us to guarantee consistent quality in the final product. We carefully monitor every step of the production chain. The finished product fully meets the strictest requirements and European quality standards.

The finished order is securely packaged and moved to the warehouse. Storage is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the material manufacturers. Temperature and humidity levels are continuously monitored. The product remains in the warehouse until it is handed over to the client or transferred to the delivery service.

Sticky Line’s logistics network enables delivery of products across all of Russia. We work with reputable partners: Delovye Linii, Russian Post, and PEK. These are professional companies capable of ensuring careful and timely transportation. At the client’s request, the shipment can be insured. Service costs correspond to the price list of the selected delivery service.
